Up the River Road, Jersey County junction
Walk into the water, why it always changes
All you need to know is never question the river
Better keep your mouth shut, I always keep my mouth shut
Like the railroad bridges, power in the trusses
Tell your story walking, spend a lifetime talking
All I want to be is notified when you discover
Make that smile wide, move to Telluride
Feel that hippie vibe, I feel the bile rising
I could be a man, I could use some style
I'm a dock this skiff in one more ugly river mile
Well I walk around it, and I was around it
If you see my life there, would you say you found it
In a pinch is always, in the clutch is harder
Be afraid of nothing not even the rising water

All I want to tell you never question the river
Better mind your manors, I always mind my manners
And your drinking habits, always saturated
